Where are the Linuschka wraps made?
All Linuschka wraps are woven in a 5th generation mill based in Germany and sewn in our atelier in Hamburg. Our weaving and finishing demonstrates the high value we place on supporting the regional textile industry.
What kind of yarns does Linuschka use?
Linuschka strives to use only ethically sourced yarns of the highest quality. For more details please visit our section on blends.
How often does Linuschka release new wraps/scarves?
Linuschka usually announces all its new releases on its Facebook page. Around one-two releases per month are to be expected.
Are the Linuschka releases being restocked?
Linuschka produces mainly limited edition wraps, in low numbers which are not restocked/rewoven. The wraps released under "Stock Collection" are expected to be regularly restocked.
What are semi-customs?
Customers can collaborate directly with Linuschka to create the wrap of their dreams. They can choose their own pattern, weave, blend and colourway. Semi customs usually need a small group of people to get woven. For more details please visit our Linuschka Wraps Group on Facebook.
Can Linuschka be found in a physical store?
No, Linuschka wraps are only sold online.

In what sizes do the Linuschka wraps come?
Linuschka offers sizes 2 to 8 and ring slings in standard and XL length.
The wraps are usually cut longer to account for shrinkage after a wash and iron. Exact length could vary slightly due to weave, blend, pattern, gsm but the general lengths to be expected postwash are:
Size 8: 5.7m
Size 7: 5.2m
Size 6: 4.7m
Size 5: 4.2m
Size 4: 3.8m
Size 3: 3.2m
Size 2: 2.7m
Ring sling standard: 2-2.2m
XL Ring sling: 2.6-2.7m
Does my Linuschka come ready to wear?
Your Linuschka comes in "loomstate", therefore we strongly recommend a wash and an iron before wear to help the fibres settle. All our wraps come with care instructions on the label and with the Linuschka "postcard", please make sure to follow these to fully benefit from the amazing wrapping qualities of our yarns.

My wrap has a flaw, what can I do?
Each wrap that we weave is very different and unique, for it depends on the blends, yarn and weaving technique. Sometimes you may notice what appears to be cosmetic irregularities and these are expected. Different yarns have particular characteristics which are in no way a fault but part of their beauty. Does Linuschka sell scraps?
No, Linuschka doesn't sell any scraps.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. Please read our Shipping and Returns section for more information.
How long does shipping usually take?
We ship with DHL and packages are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days in EU and 4-5 working days worldwide. Please note these are estimates given by DHL and any delays occurring during possible custom processing are out of our control.
My package is delayed or lost, what can I do?
If your package has not arrived within the time estimates mentioned above, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number so we can help you further.
Do I have to pay VAT?
For all EU countries a 19% VAT will be automatically applied to all products. For the time being, for non-EU countries we cannot display our products excluding VAT - however we are willing to refund it - please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to assist you further.
Are tax and duties included in the price?
No, the prices displayed are exclusive of taxes and duties which means the customer is liable for all import duties, taxes and customs levied by the country the product is shipped to.
What payment methods does Linuschka accept?
Can I modify my shipping address after I placed my order?
If you wish to modify your shipping address after the order has been placed, please email us as soon as possible to email@example.com. Once the order has been shipped a change of address is no longer possible.
