Important information about custom projects
• Custom wraps are special projects that are designed together with our community and produced in limited quantities.
• Custom wraps often involve a longer production and delivery period than in-stock items; depending on the project, delivery can take several months from the time the order is placed with the mill.
• Because custom wraps are created specifically for a custom project and are considered personalised items, they are excluded from withdrawal, cancellation, return and exchange, except in case of defects.
