We ship via DHL, DHL-Express or Deutsche Post in conjunction with your local in-country mail provider. Packages are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days in EU and 4-5 working days worldwide. Please note these are estimates given by DHL and any delays occurring during possible custom processing are out of our control.We usually ship within 2-3 working days of payment but times can vary so please read the exact info we give upon the release. Tracking information will be sent automatically so make sure you check also your spam or junk folders. We cannot combine shipping when multiple products from multiple customers were purchased. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Please check your purchased item before washing or wearing. If a wrap has been washed, dried or ironed, it is therefore no longer considered returnable as there is no way to validate whether the wrap had an flaw or the flaw was caused in the washing process. You have 14 days to send all items back together with their original packaging and papers. When returning an item make sure it is insured against loss or damage as we are unable to issue refunds for items that suffered damage in transit.
Shipping fees for the returned items must be supported by the buyer. In case of flaws occured in the production process, your refund will follow within 14 days after the item has reached us.
